Alexandros brings a much needed “out of the box” approach to luxury yachting. He is a trained civil engineer with over ten years of international experience in the US, UAE, France and the UK. Post his MBA studies at INSEAD he scaled a technologically driven start-up across Europe. At OCEDA he heads a team of very talented and experienced individuals to build the leading yachting services company in the East Med.
Jennifer trained as a UK solicitor qualifying in 2005 and has spent the last 16 years working in the global superyacht industry. Prior to joining OCEDA she worked as an associate with the yacht team of Hill Dickinson and previously worked for Constant & Constant where she was first introduced to the industry as the firm at the time acted for Perini Navi and VSY.
Jennifer heads the company’s in-house legal team and advises clients on legal issues relating to the charter and ownership of superyachts and is actively involved in the company’s overall communications. An acknowledged specialist on yachting in Greece, Jennifer is a regular speaker at yachting conferences and a contributor for yachting publications.
Evangelos, our technical manager, is an experienced and reputable naval architect and marine engineer. He provides oversight and support of the technical operations of our clients’ yachts. With a remarkable network of contacts throughout Greece, Vangelis provides emergency response for our clients and is able to source any equipment and spares required. He is also a Flag State Inspector for Transport Malta.
Sotiris, our commercial director, has a shipping industry background. For the last 15 years he has been actively involved in the yachting sector specialising in yacht brokerage, both newbuild projects and used yachts. He has a deep and dependable knowledge of large yachts and the motivations of their owners and captains.
Amalia is resourceful with strong communication skills working closely with owners and their advisers to understand individual client needs in order to successfully source and deliver all desired provisions and arrange customised itineraries.
Nick is an experienced yachting professional with demonstrated experience in operations, business development, and key accounts management.
His educational background in technology management, marine engineering and yachting management together with his professional experience in providing yachting services has helped him to develop a holistic perspective of international yachting.
He currently acts as our Bunker Operations Manager handling all bunker request and sales for Greece, Albania, Montenegro and Turkey. He is also the founder and president of YPY (Young Professionals in Yachting) chapter in Greece.
Before entering the yachting world Fotini thrived as a blogger-journalist and was best known for interviewing celebrities, entrepreneurs and designers, focusing mainly on Greek success stories worldwide.
With a degree in marketing and a background in communications and advertising of luxury brands she has worked closely with high end-clientele and has been handling niche accounts for years Fotini has an impressive global network and astute ability to understand the individual needs of high net worth individuals and armed with this joined Oceda and the world of yachting to successfully and resourcefully scout the best deals and market opportunities available.
Stamatis is Greek trained lawyer specialised in maritime law. Raised in a deep-rooted naval family, Stamatis heard his calling to the sea 3 years ago when he decided to join our industry focusing solely on yachting matters.
Stamatis advises on yacht ownership structures, Greek flag yacht registrations and applications for Greek charter licences. Optimistic, communicative and well-informed, Stamatis is ready to offer practical solutions depending on clients’ needs. In his free time he enjoys participating in the preservation of Greek traditional boats.
Vasilis is a qualified accountant and holds A’ class accounting license. He has worked in the shipping field for a decade for companies with various working objects such as Ship Managers, Chartering Brokers, Marine Suppliers, Marine Insurance and Shipping Law Firms. Vasilis is also responsible for coordinating the building of Oceda ERP and CRM systems.
Pavlos is a valued member of our accounts team focusing on establishing, maintaining and monitoring accounts and preparing and implementing operational budgets. Pavlos works closely with yacht representatives and captains to ensure careful budgeting and accounting are maintained.
